Drivers came very early to set up, setup was fast and driver gave ample time before pick up. Setup was nice. Food wise was ok, lemon fish was very hard, cupcake cream was of deep colouring. But overall value for money.

Bought it before and buying it for the 2nd time. Like it that it can be customised with photo. It would be better if instructions on how to redeem is clearer for recipients and to let the sender knows if the vouchers have been redeemed.

Food delivery was abit early, delivery person not friendly. Food was ok,curry is good,but the prawn and eclair was disappointing as they gave exact pieces,no extras. Fish was not very nice too.

It would be better if we are able to customise the physical vouchers as we liked the customisation for the e vouchers. So far the whole process was quite smooth, from purchasing to sending out of e vouchers. However, not sure about the actual ... More redemption of items.
