Buffet ordered for 6pm and was informed that delivery timing btw 5.30-6.30 pm. Delivery came punctually at 5.30pm and set up was done by 6pm.
Delivery Uncle was friendly and very detailed with the setting up process. Asking for our preference etc. ... More Cleaned tray edge spillages etc and layed the utensils professionally. Was informed of the return collection at 9.30pm.
Buffet spread was impressive and sufficient for 30 pax catered.
Pineapple rice was the preferred option to the Sin Chow Bee Hoon.
Braised Pork w Pau was well received. Pork seasoning was tasty and the Pau was good and pau width not too thick.
Cereal Fish was soft and unique with the cereal spread.
Signature Curry Chicken didn't live up to expectations from it's previous reviews. Too salty and watery, though chicken and potatoe portions were good and sufficient.
Salted Egg Chicken is a must try item. Most popular among my guest. Salted egg taste was just right and Chicken done well.
Broccoli w Mushrooms. The greens was done just right with a little cruch but not soft.
Salad Prawn w Cocktail also good and nicely done. Medium size prawns were served with lots of cocktails and cherry tomatoes.
Cheese Tofu w Mayo Chicken Floss is also my recommendation. The mayo sauce and floss blended well with the firm tofu pieces.
Chilled Cheng Teng was normal with good portion of longan pieces.
Tropical Fruit Punch taste just good, not too sweet but sufficient.
Complimentary Mango Pudding, OK since it was free.
Given the cost for $13 per head plus $60 delivery charges, this menu is highly affordable and recommended.
