1. Food & dishes were generally ok, 2 issues regarding customer service and delivery.
2. Was called multiple times prior to the event date that my delivery time was not available (even though its available for selection it at point of my order). ... MoreSaid that will check with manager and revert, but each time it was the same outcome, and insisting that i accept an earlier time (30mins early) that was not what i had chosen. Too late to change to another vendor.
3. Actual delivery day, food came 30mins earlier than the 30mins forced to take, that's total 1 hour before the event start time. Food was lukewarm at best when guests started consuming.
Areas to improve (imo):
1. Do not accept the orders at a time if you're unable to fulfill. I can understand if there are limitations on kitchen/delivery staffs.
2. Stay compliant to the time agreed on. Especially for food related events, timing can be a key element. I can understand if it's due to traffic or other unforeseen factors but 1hour early was quite an astonishment. Show less
