This is the 1st tingkat they provide bitter gourd. I like that! This is the 2nd time I chose this tingkat, foods was enough for us and the soup is very suitable for my kids. This was my second time ordering this, and I think the food quality has improved compared to my first order. The soup was enjoyable for my kids, and the meat dish at the end was really good. I’ll probably continue ordering this again in the future.

Overall, the meals are satisfactory. The dishes are generally not too salty, and my kids especially enjoy the soups as they are light and not overly seasoned.

Initially, the meals were delivered quite early. After an incident, I believe there was ... More a change of rider, and the delivery timing improved, becoming more suitable for our family dinner schedule. The food packaging has also been good since then.

some dishes had a slightly burnt taste. It happened once again after that, but I hope the kitchen team can continue to improve and maintain consistent quality.

For some weeks, the meat portions were a little small, especially considering we ordered for 3 pax. I understand that the meat may be cooked together with ingredients like potatoes, but the actual meat portion still felt insufficient. It was my first time ordering from them. Honestly, the food was not too salty and tasted like home-cooked meals. Although some dishes included processed ingredients, the overall experience was good. My kids especially liked the soup and even ended ... More up eating some vegetables. I personally enjoyed all the soups too. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take any photos. I will definitely order from them again.

Soup is not concentrated, would say quite diluted. Almost everyday food has fried foods. Looks at the minced meat with potato picture, don't see any minced meat and sometimes food portion is not consistent. Foods portion is not enough for feed 3 pax.

The prawn wasn't fresh. The fried rice tasted like plain rice, lacking any olive flavor or aroma. The mini chocolate éclairs were just ordinary cream puffs with a drizzle of chocolate.
