We have tried several tingkat services before, and this company performed better than expected. The food quality was consistently good, the portions were reasonable, and the prices were affordable compared to other tingkat providers. One thing we ... More appreciated most was the variety in the daily menu. Usually, tingkat meals can become repetitive and boring after some time, but this company managed to keep the dishes interesting and enjoyable. The meals felt home-cooked and comforting, and we finished almost every meal because the food was satisfying and tasty.

The only improvement I would suggest is offering an option to order dishes without rice, as some customers may prefer to prepare their own rice at home. It would also be great if reusable containers could be used instead of styrofoam packaging to make the service more environmentally friendly. Overall, we are happy with the service and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable tingkat experience.

My husband and I are big eaters, so we really appreciate that the portion sizes are generous — that’s definitely one of the strengths of this caterer. We felt full and satisfied with each meal in terms of quantity.

In the beginning, the meals ... More were great — tasty, fresh, and offered good variety. However, over time, we noticed the menu becoming quite repetitive. Some dishes we really enjoyed haven’t shown up again, while the ones we’re not too fond of — like soy sauce chicken and various potato-based dishes — seem to appear far too frequently. We’ve had potato dishes as many as three times in one week, and soy sauce chicken has been on repeat several times. It would be great to see a better rotation of dishes, especially bringing back some of the favorites that haven’t been offered in a while.

Another point of concern is that the meals we receive often don’t match the menu that is sent out in advance. This inconsistency makes it hard to look forward to specific dishes or plan meals around what’s expected. While occasional substitutions are understandable, it’s become a regular occurrence, which is disappointing.

Overall, while we do enjoy the convenience and generous portions, we hope to see more thoughtful variety in the menu and better alignment with the planned meal schedule. With some improvements, this service could be excellent.
