The Steamed Snapper Fish Fillet with Teochew Sauce and Baked Tiger Prawn with Garlic Herbs Butter (deshelled) were a huge hit! The fish was well-liked by the elders. The prawns were popular with everyone + bonus for being deshelled. The curry ... More chicken came with all drumlets which was a pleasant surprise. Chargrilled vegetables were also something different from the other usual veg choices. All in all, the food was good.
