The food itself was tasty, not overly oily, but bad delivery

I requested the food to be delivered by 12:00 PM, but the delivery driver only arrived at 12:20 PM. My Director had been waiting since noon, and the late delivery caused inconvenience during an important company event. Please take note we were being ... More promised the driver will arrive between 11am - 1130am!

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. The driver did not provide any explanation for the delay, so we were left wondering why the delivery was late.

The food itself was good—tasty, not overly oily, and not too salty. However, the delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations for a corporate event. To make matters worse, Ecreative Catering did not offer any compensation, apology, or refund for the delay.

Overall, while the food quality was satisfactory, the delivery service and customer support were disappointing. I would expect better reliability and accountability for time-sensitive corporate orders.
