Foodline asked for event time, which i understood as my event time. Called at around 10 am and customer service sounded surprise when I conveyed my expectations that food should arrived before event time stated. If Foodline is unable to commit to ... More timely delivery, then the question upon ordering should be changed to “what time do you want the food to arrive”, and Foodline then work around it. Felt that the conversation is unnecessary stress for customer who put trust on the brand.
