Olives and pickles are essentially preserved, so the lifespan will naturally be longer. When stored in the fridge, opened olives can last 4-6 months and are usually safe to eat up to 3 months past their expiry date. Opened pickles, however, can last up to 1-2 years in the fridge!
Celery, Broccoli & Lettuce
