In this buffet set, it consists of 8 food items and you can choose a dish of your choice for each category.
The categories are: Starter, Chicken, Fish, Seafood, Vegetables, Sides, Rice/Noodles & Sweets.
Now, let me share with you some of my personal favourite which you might want to consider getting too.
1. Curry Chicken Potato
First up, for the chicken cateogory, we have Curry Chicken Potato. I am sure many of you are familiar with this dish, it has a rather unique and floral taste because sweet and savory spices are incorporated in it. There is a general portion of chicken and potatoes.
I would say this dish is mild spicy only, so for those of you who don't really like spicy, don't worry because this bowl of curry chicken is catered for people who can take spice or not.
Special shotout to the potatoes steep in the curry gravy, when consume with rice, it adds on so much fragrence, making you yearn for more!

2. Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet with Assortment Vegetables
Next up for the fish category, we have Sweet and Souru Fish, a simple but must-not-miss dish!
The fish is breaded in a delicious sweet and sour sauce and topped with an assortment of vegetables, ensuring all thenutritious you need in a meal, YUMMY!
Also, did you know that bell peppers are super high in nutrition values?
Bell peppers are rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin C and various carotenoids
As for the fish, it is super fresh, the exterior layer of it is crunchy but once you bite into it, it feels like the fish meat instanly melts in your mouth.

3. Tiger Prawn with Celery & Cashew Nuts
And for the seafood, we have a plate of Tiger Prawn with Celery & Cashew Nuts, this is a classic Stir-fried Chinese dish that is perfect for Lunch/Dinner.
I must say, I am not a fan of celery and cashew nuts so the taste of these might be a little too overwhelming for me but this is just my taste and preferences.
The star of the show is still the Tiger prawn, super big in size and sweet in taste, prawn lovers, this is for you.
Perfect when served with freshly cooked rice.

4. Egg Beancurd & Minced Chicken & Vegetable
Here we have a plate of golden crispy egg beancurd with minced meat!
This dish is one of my top few picks, there is a combination of sweet and savory flavor and the minced meat, WOW, it is pascked with so much flavour, super well seasoned to perfection. Alongside with a bowl of rice, it feels like you will never have enough of it.
The egg tofu is super soft, the outside is a layer ofcrunchiness, it goes very well together.
When we first opened the packaging of this dish, we were already greeted by a wave of fragrance.
Overall, every mouth is a delightful taste.

5. Garlic Fried Rice
For our rice/noddle category, we have a generous amount of garlic fried rice.
Though this is fried rice, it doesn't feel oily at all, fried rice can never go wrong.
When fry together over medium-high heat, all the fragrant of individual dishes will start to form and that's the power of fried rice.
There is a hint of cripsy fried garlic and sweetness from the egg, a perfect combination would be to drizzle some gravy from other dishes!

6. Chicken & Mutton Satay with Thick Peanut Gravy (3 Pcs)
For our second last dish, it is none other than Chicken & Mutton Satay with Thick Peanut Gravy.
There is a mix of Chicken & Mutton, both meats has a sweet after taste from the seasoning, I personally prefer the chicken because it is easier to chew.
Of course, the satay sauce, it is a MUST to try out when you eat satay, satay sauce really plays a big part in Satay!
Also, not forgetting about the freshly cut Cucumbers and onions to clear your palate.
This dish is a must order, not only is it delicious, it is also easy to be served when you have guests over at your place or at a small event.

7. Chocolate Eclairs & Cream Puffs
Finally, we're down to the last dish. If you're someone that enjoys dessert after a meal, you're in for a treat!
Of course when it comes to sweet treats, we will only yearn for more. Both isn't too sweet based on my liking and this is a perfect after meal dessert to end it off.
