Lip smacking sticky baby back ribs marinated in our Head Chef's secret sauce with Guinness Stout. Oh-so-flavourful, soft and luscious slow-baked ribs, succulent sausages and spicy gochujang drumlets all packed in this dream platter for meat lovers. This platter is served with delightful mash roasted sweet corn.
