FL Kitchen: Spicy Mac & Cheese
Any Mac & Cheese lovers out there?
Today, we tried to make our own version of Mac & Cheese via Air-fryer and let me share with you our experience!
Firstly, these are the ingredients needed:

For the cheese, we highly recommend parmesan over cheddar cheese!
For the packet of elbows, we only used about 1/4 of it which is sufficent to feed 2-3 pax for lunch break.
Steps:
Firstly, Boil macaroni before pan-frying
1. Heat up pan
2. Add Butter
3. Add in Chili Padi
4. Add in 1 1/2 cup of milk (Set Aside)
5. Add in cooked macaroni
6. Stir well and add in Salt & Sugar
7. Pour in mixture to airfryer
8. Covered with Parmesan or any form of cheese
9. Airfry at 190 degree for 7 minutes
10. Enjoy!!


Personally, we felt that we added in too much chilli padi, the overall taste is HIGHLY addictive. My colleagues and I kept eating it despite how spicy it was for us... Recommended if you are a Cheese lover!
