1. Humans share 60% of our DNA with bananas

Yep, I bet thousand questions are running through your head like really "BANANA?!".

As much as it sounds unbelievable, it is true, banana share about 60% of a human DNA.

Out of the 60%, the protein encoded are roughly 40% identical when compared to the amino acid sequence of human protein which is the same as those in Banana.
