Sumptuous Christmas Feast with Delifrance Catering (6-8 pax)
Yes, it is our long awaited season of the year...
How can this festive period go without festive food!
It is imperative for you to plan ahead and make plans with your loved ones.
An ideal Christmas night for me would be, ordering X'mas Buffet and having my friends over as we indulge in the spread of dishes and, chit chat the night away.
I feel so excited just thinking about how WHOLESOME the night would be.

This Buffet Set that I am about to review is for 6-8 pax to give you a gauge regarding the portion of the dishes.
1. Stuffed Chicken Meat Loaf ( 1.3kg) served with Special Brown Sauce
First up, Stuffed Chicken Meat Loaf! A much healthier alternative as compared to traditional meatloaf.
Personally, I am not a fan of Meat Loaf but WOW, Delifrance Catering changed my perception of meatloaf.
The meatloaf is super soft and the best part is, the moisture is still locked in the meat, super tasty.
You can taste the abundant amount of flavours packed in the chicken meat loaf.
Every bite of it will make you yearn for more, trust me...
To bring things to another level, the Special Brown Sauce is a stunner, everything just goes so well together.
2. Chicken Lasagne
Next up, Chicken Lasagne, a rather popular dish during X'mas gathering because the taste is super accommodating to all.
To me, Lasagne is a comfort food so it can never go wrong, it is incredibly good.
More than just delicious, it doesn't feel too heavy which leaves you enough space to try out other dishes.
Made from layers of chicken & Cheese, every mouth will be packed with a generous amount of bite-sized chicken.

Here's a platter of Premium Assorted Mini Croissant Sandwiches, it features a variety of croissant, you will definitely find something for yourself !
A variety case containing: Smoked Turkey Ham, Cajun Chicken Brie Cheese & Mushroom.
- Smoked Turkey Ham
This is an elevation from Smoked Turkey Ham from our usual Croissant, with it's fresh vegetables and filled with sliced turkey.
You get a balanced meal just from a mini Croissant.
- Cajun Chicken
This is my personal favourite, it feels like a perfect sandwich at anytime of the day... The incorporation of Cajun Chicken, sliced tomato and lettuce does pack an abundance of flavour.
- Brie Cheese & Mushroom
To be frank, I was quite leery of the overall taste of this croissant because I don't usually incorporate Mushroom and Cheese together, let alone Brie Cheese.
However, Delifrance Catering proved their point in the combination of these 2 items, I would say its a fancy twist from our ordinary croissant.
The cheese taste isn't too overpowering as I can still taste the beautiful earthy mushroom flavour.
4. Raspberry White Chocolate Log Cake
Lastly, you need a sweet treat to end off the night, there is NO Christmas without a log cake!
Raspberry and White Chocolate is a popular combination flavour, sweet and creamy white chocolate.
Perfect for my sweet tooth, and the whole overall appearance of the cake is so well presented.
The cake is super soft and you can actually taste the crunchy bites-sized raspberry.
This cake can simply be my favourite X'mas Log Cake Flavour.
With that, this is my honest review regarding my experience with Delifrance Catering.
