For the first meal of the day, we’ll be having eggs! Who all love eggs for breakfast. The first recipe is Souffle Omelette, a traditional French dish that is visually appealing, fluffy and light! It is fun to make and eat.
Ingredients:
- 3 Large Eggs
- Salt
- Butter
Steps:
- Crack eggs into large bowl and add a pinch of salt
- Beat ingredients together until well mixed, to form fluffy texture
- Spread butter over pan and pour mixture in
- Cover pan with lid and cook on low heat for 10 minutes till slightly brown
- Slide omelette out of pan onto a plate and fold it into half
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken

What’s for lunch? It’s none other than Teriyaki Chicken! This is a very simple yet delicious meal to have after a busy morning of work, to replenish your energy for the rest of your day.
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breast Sliced Into Chunks
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ÂĽ Cup Brown Sugar
Steps:Â
- Sear chicken breast on pan on medium heat
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring till bubbles are formed
- Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken
- Serve with rice if desired
Dinner: Mac & Cheese

Lastly, a tasty bowl of Mac & Cheese for dinner. A dish made of up - as its name suggests - macaroni and cheese.Â
Ingredients:
- 85g Elbow Macaroni
- 90ml Milk
- 85g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Steps:
- Add macaroni and milk in a saucepan
- Cook on medium heat and stir continuously till liquid has reduced to a creamy texture
- Reduce heat to low and add in cheese
- Continue stirring until cheese has melted, for about 2 minutes
