This week in FoodLine Kitchen, we have made a Banana Blueberry Overnight Oats. This can be a simple and filling way to prepare your breakfast! Oats are rich in fiber and carbohydrates. Hence, it is a hearty meal for the heart, brain, and gut. Also, since its served cold, it’s as if you are having dessert for breakfast every morning!

Here are the ingredients you will need:
Oats (1 cup)
Milk (1 cup)
Yoghurt ( 2 tbsp)
Honey
Banana
Blueberries
Peanut butter (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)

Then all you got to do is mixed all of them up in a jar!
