FoodLine Kitchen: Creamy Aglio Olio
I hope I’m not offending anyone by adding milk to the traditional aglio olio. But trust me when I say this. It works. In fact, it works very well. If you are craving for something creamy and savoury, this recipe is for you.

Here are the ingredients you need:
Pasta (any type you have at home or whatever you like)
Garlic (lots of garlic. At least 1 clove)
Parsley
Milk
Salt
Optional:
Bacon
Mushroom
Chilli

Step 1: Fry the bacon until it’s crisp, and set aside
Step 2: Using the oil from the bacon, throw in the garlic, and then the shitake mushrooms
Step 3: When the mushrooms are cooked, add the parsley and chilli
Step 4: Add a splash of milk.
Step 5: When the milk has combined, toss the al dente spaghetti in and stir.
Step 6: Serve and add the crispy bacon bits!
