FoodLine Kitchen: Steamed Milo Cake
Milo oh my milo… I’ve loved Milo for as long as I can remember. And if you are truly Singaporean, your blood consists of plasma, platelets, white and red blood cells and MILO. Not sure if you want to believe me? Get a blood test.

Today, we tried making a Steamed Milo Cake. So for those that do not have an oven, like myself, this recipe is good to go!

Here are all the ingredients you will need:
1. Milo (300g)
2. 3 eggs
3. 3 tbsp of Condensed Milk

It’s that simple! If you are using 3-in-1 milo, you can do without the condensed milk.
All you got to do is mix them all up and pour it into a metal tin. Something steam-able.

Let it steam for about 20-25 minutes and there you have it… Steamed Milo Cake! It’s fudgy and milo-y and it will just deepen your love for milo.

To make it look prettier, I added some milo powder on the top😊 For those that like lava cake, this tastes just like it!
