How Much Water Should You Drink Per Day
You cannot deny that water is an essential need. We are constantly losing water from our body, be it through urine or sweat. If we don’t drink water, dehydration might occur which is why we need to make sure we drink adequate amounts of water every single day.
Have you heard of the eight glasses rule? It is a good start, but for women, it should be 9 cups a day, and the recommended intake is 13 cups per day for men.
Also, with Singapore’s weather, we need to drink more water and exercise often or else we will be more prone to fever, diarrhea, or vomiting.
