It is safe to wash your hair twice a day?

I understand how uncomfortable it gets when you sweat and your scalp feels so itchy that you just want to wash it again despite already washing it once.

In fact, there is really no need to wash your hair twice a day because you will run the risk of stripping your hair of the sebum or natural oils that secrete from your scalp. Also, you have risks of contracting fatigue.

Also, in the long run, you will dry out your hair and you will need a lot of treatments to save back your hair.

So, protect your hair and just wash it once a day! It's okay to shower twice a day but remember, not your hair!
