The cake is nice not so sweet. The cake is presentable and the size is just nice but expensive

We understand your comment about the price. We continuously evaluate our pricing to ensure we offer the best value while maintaining our quality standards. 1) Cake design was great. Flavor was ok but certain parts of the cake was a little dry.
2) Amount of blueberry filling was quite scarce.
3) Service was ok but can be better. E.g. only 1 candle provided & if you want more candles its chargeable. Other vendors don't charge, granted the candle is a special candle but I rather have more "normal" candles than 1 silver candle.
4) Instructions that were given via messages were not always understood & had to be clarified a number of times.
5) Also, having a tall cake casing is very impractical for storage as well as transportation. Having one that better suits the cake size would've been better.
6) Cake price has been lowered since a week ago when the order was placed.
Overall the cake is ok but for the price point, other cake vendors that I've dealt with before had better price point with some having better taste, cake texture and fillings.

We’re glad you liked the cake design. As communicated, the cake you ordered is part of our standard Father’s Day collection, which includes one father's day tag, a slim candle and knife. We do not carry standard old school candles. Additional accessories, such as more candles or alternative tags, are available for purchase. This is clearly stated on our product page.
That said, we made several exceptions for your order. We accommodated your request to change the colour of the cake to blue at no additional charge, and although the cake comes with a fixed Father’s Day tag, we also provided you with an additional birthday tag and ice pack free of charge—something we usually charge for. These special requests were met in good faith.
Our cake recipes and fillings are standardised across all orders to ensure consistency. Nonetheless, we’ll take your comments into account as part of our ongoing product reviews.
The cake box used is standard for tall cakes, designed to protect the cake during transport. We use shorter boxes for smaller cakes, and the appropriate box was selected based on the size of your order.
As for pricing, we occasionally adjust our prices based on seasonal promotions and internal business decisions. Pricing at the point of purchase applies at time of order.
While we understand you have preferences based on your experience with other vendors, we remain committed to providing high-quality products with transparent terms. We thank you for your order and hope this clarifies the decisions made for your custom request.
Very nice and homemade chocolate chip cookies! The crunch and sweetness is just nice. Delish and a must get!

The hazelnut praline is very rich and tasty, but slightly too sweet for my personal taste. The size is good for about 10-15 pax.

I made an order for this durian cake by chance 3 years ago and it everyone loved it. Unfortunately I forgot where I got this from and have been searching for it again the past 3 years without any luck, until this time. We were so glad to have been able to find this again and were really glad it tasted the same (although the price has increased which was understandable too). Hopefully there wouldn't be any further price increases in the future so this delicious cake can remain affordable for us to purchase again!

My repeat purchase after trying the nutella tarts previously. I like it so I bought more this time round. Then I also purchased their pineapple tarts. Its very buttery and not so sweet which is really good! All are hand made in their shop. The lady boss is very nice and also shared that they do cakes for pets! Amazing! The best part - She gave me a few drawings of the word '福' drawn by her dad. Super duper sweet! The painting is on my wall now :)

These are nice and addictive nutella tarts! The cookie base is the harder cookie type with the nice and soft nutella ganache on top. (Some nutella cookie base is softer). The sweetness is from the nutella. Pick up was easy from the shop and the shop owners are very nice :)

The durian cake is what I expected with the fragrance of the durian mousse, complemented with the vanilla sponge cake. I would have like for the Mao Shang Wang flavour including its characteristic bitter taste to come off stronger.
