Eatzi Gourmet Bakery

The collection time was indicated as 12pm, and the shop whatapps me confirmation and indicated the slot for collection to be 11am - 1pm. I responded and confirmed the order. On that day, I was there 10 mins before 12pm for collection, was told the items were not arrived yet and the store manager mentioned the collection time is '11am - 1pm', meaning they can take up to 1pm to send the items over?? if that's the case, the collection time should be indicated as 'after 1pm'? I was then asked to wait for their phone call once the items are ready for collection. 15 mins later i received whatapps message asking me my home address and said they'll deliver to my home instead, which i've agreed and provided the address. 5 mins after that, i received phone call from the collection store, saying my items were ready for collection.
It's ready confusing instead. After all, they did deliver everything to my place, the cake was good and the dessert cups are nice too.

Cake is very.... nice, not so sweet, full of fruits.. We all like it so much. Thank you seller.

The cake tastes very good. Rich and nice.

The decorations on the cake looks good too!

Highly recommended!

Flexible to collect the cake earlier than the predetermined time;) great taste

The 2 Tiered cake is fresh and tasty. The guests loved the cake. The kids in particularly loved the cake and quite a number of them asked for 2nd helping.

Words can't describe how grateful & happy I am because of the extraordinary service provided by Eatzi Gourmet Bakery and Jack Place Compass One Manager & Staff. They catered to my requests, last min changes of collection time and even offered to open the store early the next morning to let me collect the cake. This was because they were afraid that the cake could not fit into my fridge (it's a very large box due to the horn design on the cake). As I did not want to trouble the manager, I decided to bring back the cake. As he knew that I am alone and needed to call & wait for a cab, he asked 1 of his staff to help me bring the cake to the taxi stand and waited until my cab arrived. Where in the world can I find such good service now? I can't be any thankful to them and of cos the children & teachers are very delighted of the design and taste of cake!! Yum Yum and most children took 2 servings of cakes :)

Great cake! Very Pretty and taste good too. Highly recommended!

When I raised an inquiry and I received a prompt response from the Live Chat. It also give me suggestions. The ordering process was very smooth and professional. The cake I ordered from Jack's Place was good and all my family members like it.

Good Job! Keep up the good work!

Hassle free order and collection. Bakery allowed me to change colour of cupcake cream to suit my snow white theme. Thanks for flexibility. Nice little cupcakes for dessert table

Desserts was nice...like to order here as I can self collect. Easy to order and generally smooth process.
