Easy to prepare for a birthday gift

First times for me to order a gift card from Foodline. It was quite convenient to send the gift card via whatsapp instead of email. The recipient was able to receive the gift within a second via the mobile phone as well. Just that not sure how is the redemption process by the recipient. Overall, quite satisfy with the service here. May order again eventually if any special occasions.
