Food is overall sincerely cooked. Taste and food choices also suit as well. Food arrives quite early though at around 2.30-3+ pm daily. Otherwise, satisfied with the food and soup for the price paid.

Had been order 2 times with the same caterer. Both foods enjoyed. Will recommend people whom want mini buffer.

The food is generally okay, with variety of food. It will be good if that there is more portion for 1 pax.

Food was delivered on time. Buffet set up was quick and nicely done. All my guests had compliments for the food and some even mentioned they would order from ROBERT CATERING in future if required. Highly recommend!

The yong chow fried rice doesn’t look like the traditional yong chow fried rice. Have feedback to caterer on my 1st order on 22 Jan 23 that food insufficient for 30 pax order with 23 pax who arrived. This time, it is sufficient for 30 pax order with 26 pax who turn up.

Food came late, may be due to rain n traffic jam. Guests arrived without food. Fortunately is family gathering. Else, very embarrassing. Food portion is small for 30 pax (minimum order). I only had 23 people n food is insufficient. Left with fried rice. Every year, I have excess food for the annual gathering of less than 25 pax for order of 30 pax. First time trying Robert Catering. I place order for 2 buffets yearly. Hope my next order on Saturday 28/1 is sufficient for 30pax n arrive punctually n ready to eat by 6.30pm.

Was disappointing and a big embarrassment and humiliation for my family as I have ordered 30 pax. But food was short of the 2 most expensive one- abalone broccoli and cereal prawn. Food wasn’t sufficient only fried rice was left a lot. The side dishes was enough even to cater for 16 people who came. Will no order from this caterer again. I will not recommend. I will tell all my friends to avoid this caterer.
Also, event time was 11.30am. Food arrived at only 2pm. My guest also all left.

The food is consistent. The ingredients are fresh. Food is not oily and always comes in generous portion. Really value for money. We are very satisfied with Robert Catering. Highly recommend it to all!

???? Have you heard of ordering a buffet menu for 25 pax but the caterer never include drink ? ???? +Robert Catering is totally blacklisted by me ❌ This will be my 1st & the LAST time I’m ordering from this caterer! ⛔️ Order with them at your own risk ⚠️

???? 1) Super-Late ! No punctuality ~ Caterer supposed to arrive to set up the buffet at 7pm at my place. By 7pm, all my guests have arrived but the caterer only arrived to set-up the buffet at 7.40pm

???? 2) Stingy on the burners ~ This is the first time I saw the caterer only put 1 burner for each long tray of dish. Usually supposed to be 2 burners for each tray of dish.
The food took super-long to heat up especially the curry.
The fire on the burner is weak ???? OMG ????
For those with 2 trays of food in one set-up, only 1 pathetic lousy burner to heat up both sides of the food. Impossible ! One side of the food will definitely get cold. When I called up the caterer to question about the burner, the caterer insisted only 1 burner for each tray of dish is enough ????
To wait for all the food to warm-up, my guests can only eat ard 9pm !!!!! ????

???? 3) Pathetic misery serving of food ~ I have ordered food for 25 pax but I though the food served to me is for 15 pax ????

???? 4) NO DRINKS GIVEN !!!!! ~ This one is totally unforgivable.
I was appalled when I saw there was NO Drinks. I thot the caterer has forgotten about my Fruit Punch but the deliverer said don’t have. When I called up the caterer, the staff Joanne informed me this shocking news “ My Christmas Buffet Menu has NO Drinks !” I was speechless , I ordered the most expensive Christmas Buffet Menu from them and I have no drinks for my guests. I remember when calling them to order, I was told there will be Fruit Punch by default. Lucky recently I have ordered 2 boxes of Apple Juice from Japan ????
Becos I said I wanna complain then the caterer sent me fruit punch when all my guests already eaten finish

???? 5) Quality & standard of food only average ~
Wheat Prawn is dry / Curry is sweet / Fried Sotong ball no sauce provided even though caterer said will have sauce /
Sweet & Sour Fish is the worse , dry fish with tomatoes thickener / Mango Pudding only have bits & small pieces mostly sweet water / Fruit Tarts only so-so

???? 6) Disappointing & unprofessional service ~ I never expect top-notch excellent service but I’m left with embarrassment to face my guests. Food arrived late + Not enough food + No drinks + Average-tasting food … it was supposed to be a Holly Jolly Merry Christmas Partay to spread some cheers & happiness ???? Ho Ho Ho !

Overall food is fantastic, and friends all enjoyed the good spread. Thumbs up +Robert Catering and will order again.
