Food is average, the standard was unexpectedly not up to it.

Ordered for 40pax

Pros: Delivery and collection was early/on time, set up was done fast and without any hassle. The staff were nice. The agent (?) who assisted me was patient as I had a few things to change before the confirmation.

Cons: Food looks lesser than expected (1/2 tray for 1 dish, not counting the carbs), the fire went out less than 2 hours after setting up, extended my collection time to 9.15pm but they still came and packed up at 9pm.

Wanted to try this out after seeing it at another function. Didn't expect it to be disastrous:
1. Set up was suppose to be from 5.15-5.30pm, they came at 4.45pm - it's fine-
2. The food didn't seem as much as I was expecting, it seemed lesser than for 40 pax. Had to order from outside to make sure that it's enough
3. Next, at 7.40pm, the fire ran out. The food had already gotten cold. Called the office but they can't do anything (claims that it will last the whole event, 2.5-3 hours), called the delivery person, and he says that I didn't ask for extras - I wouldn't know that it'll go out so soon
4. Collection was suppose to be at 9.15pm, they came at 9pm.....

Maybe it was just me, and I was sway that day, but I know I won't be ordering from them again.

This year the quality has dropped a lot, very disappointed with the quality of food compared to last year. Fish fillets was of poor quality and very small. Prawn ball with chilli crab sauce became tiny prawns with sauce, a few pieces swimming around in a big tub of sauce, though the sauce is nice, but it was too little and too small.
Fried rice is the easier dish and yet it can also went wrong. It is tasteless and with little ingredients in it, cannot imagine big name like tungLok group can dare to produce a fried rice dish like this.
Next year I will not order from them again.

The delivery was late due to raining and did not have any courtesy to inform. not really good experience.

Food is generally good but less than expected. Family enjoyed the Steamed Whole Chicken with Herbs as well as the mini cream ingots. One careless mistake is that caterer missed out giving us the oil and sweet sauce for the Prosperity ‘Yu Sheng’ !

Price is reasonable and also within my budget.
