Overall, very bad review from staffs. Rice is too dry, seems half cook. Rather disappointing for the food standard that we receive for this bento, as we had previously ordered buffet from Bellygood and the reviews have been good. The bentos are only half finished.

Quality and presentation of the foods was good. Portion could have been more for 20 pax ordered but some of the dishes looked lesser. Have specially requested for less salt and oil. Chef cooked accordingly. Most of the guests were happy with quality of the food. All like potats and egg-mayo salad best.

Delivery was on time with food portion aplenty for the required crowd. Attended to my last min request a day before the event promptly.

We were impressed with the delivery & packaging.
It came with a disposable warmer bags. The individual container are also a very sturdy material. Guests are very pleased.

Overall quality of the food exceeded our expectation. Food was wiped out by my guests! Everybody said it was yummy. If BellyGood maintains it's food quality and affordable price, they will be our go-to for all family events.

The presentation and the food is good

Food that provided is more than enough. But the spoon and fork need to go out and buy again as not enough for the guest even the caterer already provided it refer to the amount ordered. This is the party for 1st Birthday Celebration. The caterer set up is just ok, but need some improvement. Some food set up place a bit high that make the guest did not realise or can't see it, end up, the food(siew mai) left out a lot. Hope that the set up can consider the view of food to let the guest can see everything. The changing of menu can be inform earlier is better for us to prepare other stand by.

Awesome service

Overall, the good is good, especially the herbal chix, it's totally gone. Some colleagues even drink the soup. The rest of the dishes are good too, just that some of the colleagues find some a bit salty. Setup is nicely done as well, and b'cos is their peak day, they actually called up to request to do the table setup a day earlier, so it won't delay our actual event which is good. Overall the staff enjoy the food and portion are more than enough too. Oh, they even provide plastic sheets for the table for the yusheng, so save us some trouble from the mess after ;)
