We had expected the caterer to arrive for set up at 3pm but as we did not hear from them, we tried calling the sales agent and the office to ... More ensure they are on their way, but to no avail. Sales agent's mobile number was not in service even after attempting more than 10 times over a span of half an hour, and no one ever picked up the office phone. The event host was in panic already and we were already trying to think of a backup plan. Luckily the caterers finally arrived, and everything was set up in time. No doubt, they were efficient in setting up, but as a subsidiary of Tung Lok, we would have expected better contactability and follow up. Food was okay, but could have been from any other caterer.
