Overall, we had a good dinner. My husband loved the Breaded Fish with Tartar Dip and kept telling everyone to eat with the tartar dip. But the tartar dip was not enough for all the fish.

The Grilled Honey Chicken with Sesame Seed was nice and sweet. The Kampong Style Fried Mee Siam could have been tastier.

The Thai Style Beancurd with Sesame Seed was nice with the sauce but as some of the beancurd that were not submerged in the sauce had a bit of sourish taste, as though it was about to turn bad.

First time trying this caterer. Happy with the ordering and delivery service and timeliness. Food quantity was sufficient and taste wise on the whole was quite ok.

Food and service are both good. Food serving is very generous. Everyone commented that the food is delicious.

Overall food was ok except for the sambal prawn as it was not fresh and the flesh of prawn sticked onto the shell when trying to peel. The whole tray of sambal prawn was simply left untouched. I was totally upset and felt guilty. Shugar gourment team must look into this and QC before deliver to customers.

In general, most of my relatives & friends commented that the food was great and tasty. The setting up was also on time as we requested 10.30 am and the setup guy was also very accommodating to our requests. Overall, I would definitely reach out again via foodline to Shugar Gourmet for my next buffet catering.

Food portion is generous. Came very early to set up despite informing them earlier when i'd like the food to be set up. Kids enjoyed the food. Even my gal whom doesnt eat sotong, or spicy food, liked their sambal sotong.

Food was good, though for some items, the quantity was too little. The utensils provided is way not enough, luckily we brought our own. Delivery and collection were late as well.

1. Delivery was late, I start to call the lady who contact me yesterday for set up but no one pick up my call since 11:30am. I dont know why they just simply ignore customer call.
2. Disposable cup was missing, driver cannot find any in this car. Luckily we have some spare paper cup on our own.
3. Breaded fish do not come with tartar dip.
4. Fruit punch provided not enough for 60 pax.
5. No halal cert provided although I requested earlier.

Overall is not a pleasant experience.

Team of 2 arrived at 4.30pm to set up for my party that will start at 5pm which was excellent.

Requested for thai chili sauce to be separated from beancurd however it was poured on it, and my kids and other little children cant eat it. But apart from this everything else was good.

Guests says the food are nice.

First time trying Shugar Gourmet and they did not fail us. My guests were raving about the dried mee siam and they generally were thumbs up about the quality and taste of the buffet. Definitely a caterer for us to go to the next time when we have an event. It will be a double thumbs up if the prawn are deshelled for all prawn related dishes.
