1) The delivery & set up was late.
But driver and caterer explained with different reasons.
2) Changed of some dishes in last minute by caterer without notifying.
3) The set up was plain & simple

Food portion are good enough for 35paxs. Kampong Fried Rice is too dry and not much taste. Fried Sin Chew Bee Hoon is really tasty, the rest of the food are also okay. My guests enjoyed it.

Food was as expected of catering standard. Caterer left out additional vegetarian bento and came back later with one.

The food is good as usual. Fast in response as well. The serving is generous too. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Average standard. Thai Style Beancurd dont really taste good, can be inproved. Overall, acceptable. Will recommend to friends. Desert taste good.

The food was good. quantity can be more. most of the food was polished. food was tasty. will order again should we have events coming up.

Carbs portion were generous, food was ok though the thai beancurd did start to smell bad at the end of the buffet

The food was food overall, guests all love the tofu, fried mee siam and sweet and sour fish. The pasta was quite a lot but the taste is so - so.

The only thing that i felt was a bit disappointing was the delivery service. They came almost an hour late and only 1 man setting up 2 lines of buffet. ( I ordered high tea and regular buffet). So it took him another 40-50mins to set up. By the time he was done, all the guests were like staring hungrily at the food. Styrofoam boxes and trays were all over the function room, very disorganized.

Having said that, i will still order again from them.

Overall food was good & serving is very generous too. Guests praise the quality of food. Definitely will order again.

The serving person is nice and friendly.
Food portion too less... The same amount other companies give each dish 2 trays...
After making the order from Foodline no confirmation from Shugar, I call to ask the ladies who answer my call and said will send me the confirmation that night but they still didn't send it...
Is my company order and my boss said will not order again.
