1. Delivery was late, I start to call the lady who contact me yesterday for set up but no one pick up my call since 11:30am. I dont know why they just simply ignore customer call.
2. Disposable cup was missing, driver cannot find any in this car. Luckily we have some spare paper cup on our own.
3. Breaded fish do not come with tartar dip.
4. Fruit punch provided not enough for 60 pax.
5. No halal cert provided although I requested earlier.

Overall is not a pleasant experience.

Team of 2 arrived at 4.30pm to set up for my party that will start at 5pm which was excellent.

Requested for thai chili sauce to be separated from beancurd however it was poured on it, and my kids and other little children cant eat it. But apart from this everything else was good.

Guests says the food are nice.

First time trying Shugar Gourmet and they did not fail us. My guests were raving about the dried mee siam and they generally were thumbs up about the quality and taste of the buffet. Definitely a caterer for us to go to the next time when we have an event. It will be a double thumbs up if the prawn are deshelled for all prawn related dishes.

Delivery was a little early but is fine. Everything went well and good tasted not bad. Worth for the price paid

Please info the caterer, the paper plate is really thin as the paper.

They came punctual to the venue and Ednes was able to help me decorate with pandas according to the theme of my baby's celebration. The caterer forgot to bring the bowls for the desserts so they came back again. Foodwise in general was alright, I didn't know the Aligo Olio is spicy and the kids couldn't eat them, perhaps can have a non-spicy option. Guests mention the Chocolate Éclair is delicious.

Check with all the staff say that the food is nice, more them enough for us.
1. Baked Boneless Chicken w Black Pepper Sauce - Taste nice
2. Grilled Snapper Fish Fillet w Spinach Cream - some of them dont like the smell of the fish.
3. Baby Potato w Herbs & Butter - Very nice & full
4. Baked Garlic Butter Prawn - Good & Tasty
5. Butter Raisin Rice - Some rice went mix is not even

Beehoon was left a lot as too much carb and less appetizing (too plain), could have some side decoration.

However, portion is good and enough.

Good portion and valuable catering. Just that too much carbohydrates. Beehoon was left a lot.

Suggest to change beehoon to another finger food.

Very friendly owner and even allow customize due to early breakfast. very impressive by the service. value for money too!
