Although the delivery arrived later than expected, the overall experience was still quite satisfying. The food quality made up for the wait — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The portions were generous and definitely worth the price, making it great value for money. Each dish tasted nicely balanced and not overly salty or oily. Considering the reasonable pricing and good portion size, I would still order again despite the slight delay in delivery.

Delivery was on time and taste of good was good, not too salty or oily except for the crab claws. Could not feel any meat except the thick dough. The fruit punch was rather sweet. Will be better if it is a bit more diluted

Have been offering from them since few years ago.

Delivered early but forgot cutlery which was delivered in time later. Nicely packed with serving ladles provided. Fitted our kitchen island perfectly as a serving station. A good spread of dishes with sufficient portions. The food was well done and great for a CNY family gathering.

Delivery and Timing Issues
We specifically arranged for an 11:30 AM delivery, but the driver arrived at 10:15 AM. This was over an hour early and disrupted our preparation plans. To make matters worse, the food labels indicated the meal was prepared at 9:00 AM with a "consume by" time of 1:00 PM. Since our guests weren't scheduled to arrive until 12:00 PM, this left us with only a one-hour window for everyone to eat before the food was technically expired.

Food Quality and Value
The portions seem smaller than what we have received from other caterers in the past for the same price point. Ultimately, the smaller portions didn't matter much because the food quality was mediocre and we ended up with a quite a lot of leftovers because our guests didn't particularly enjoy the meal.

The food appearance very nice and food was delicious.
Recommend to get the steamed chicken wih Mixed Chinese Herb, the herb is nice and chicken is tender.

My first time ordered the food from Brightaste Food Pte Ltd.
Delivery guy was courteous and fast. Buffet was setup to expectations
Overall, food quality and quantity were both okay.
“Fried Mee Siam with Leeks and Egg” is not recommended as it was too dry and tasteless
“Steamed Mini Soon Kueh with Sweet Sauce” was good. Unfortunately, no Sweet Sauce was provided.

They arrived early to set the food to serve on time, with good taste and really worth it for the price. They also contacted me via WhatsApp which allow easier communication. All went well and happy with this order :)

First time ordering from this caterer. Overall food items are acceptable in terms of price, quantity and taste.

Food was ok, only mee Siam is not recommended. Food was delivered much earlier than expected. Generous with portion.
