The serving person is nice and friendly.
Food portion too less... The same amount other companies give each dish 2 trays...
After making the order from Foodline no confirmation from Shugar, I call to ask the ladies who answer my call and said will send me the confirmation that night but they still didn't send it...
Is my company order and my boss said will not order again.

This round the food were really disappointing. Most members negative comment on the value of the Food-Too much White Rice and hardly enough dishes (beside the dishes not nice). Personally, I guess due to the containers used which has small 'pocket' for the dishes.
All in all, more suitable for Construction workers who need/prefer more Rice.

For the amount paid, value of food could be better. Chef cooking not nice unless Chef on leave and subordinate doing the cooking!

Some of the dish were overly cooked. Pudding were too sweet

Portion for the dishes was really pathetic. We expected cake to be at least a small logcake,end up only a few pieces of cake like swiss roll.

Pros:
1) Presentation in general looks good.
2) Delivery staff on time and polite

Cons:
1) Sushi platter tastes fine but portion is only for 6 persons? I ordered a buffet for 25 pax.
2) All other food tastes mediocre at best. Not nasty but not great either. No one asked for buffet contact.
3) Honeydew sago is a simple dessert and I didn't expect it to be bad choice. I'm wrong as the coconut milk tasted artificial. I could not get pass the 2nd spoonful.
4) Staff came too early for collection.

Note: Don't order cereal prawns unless your guests don't mind peeling off shells.. I assume this is the way the dish is done for other caterers too.. So it's my bad choice of item. The prawns were hardly eaten and totally wasted.
Will not order again. Disappointed.
