Delivery and Timing Issues
We specifically arranged for an 11:30 AM delivery, but the driver arrived at 10:15 AM. This was over an hour early and disrupted our preparation plans. To make matters worse, the food labels indicated the meal was prepared at 9:00 AM with a "consume by" time of 1:00 PM. Since our guests weren't scheduled to arrive until 12:00 PM, this left us with only a one-hour window for everyone to eat before the food was technically expired.

Food Quality and Value
The portions seem smaller than what we have received from other caterers in the past for the same price point. Ultimately, the smaller portions didn't matter much because the food quality was mediocre and we ended up with a quite a lot of leftovers because our guests didn't particularly enjoy the meal.

The food appearance very nice and food was delicious.
Recommend to get the steamed chicken wih Mixed Chinese Herb, the herb is nice and chicken is tender.
Will recommend and order from them again

My first time ordered the food from Brightaste Food Pte Ltd.
Delivery guy was courteous and fast. Buffet was setup to expectations
Overall, food quality and quantity were both okay.
“Fried Mee Siam with Leeks and Egg” is not recommended as it was too dry and tasteless
“Steamed Mini Soon Kueh with Sweet Sauce” was good. Unfortunately, no Sweet Sauce was provided.

They arrived early to set the food to serve on time, with good taste and really worth it for the price. They also contacted me via WhatsApp which allow easier communication. All went well and happy with this order :)

Main food staple is really sedap esp the Hokkien Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. Table is well laid with decoration provided! Food servings are generous and enough to fill hungry stomachs. Surprisingly 2 sets of delicious Lohei adds to the joyous reunion occasion. Wishing all a "Huat" Year of the Horse 🐎 2026 with many blessings!

Food came on time. Portion is quite big and cannot finish all.
Overall food still ok. Prawn is fresh and big.
Didint know the kampong fried rice is little spicy, the children cannot eat.

Yes, the food was very good and up to our expectations. Flavours were nice and everything was well prepared.

The meal was nice and participants of the event enjoyed the meals in NTU. The meal ended up being finished but the Fried Mee Goreng with Tomato so I think they may not being so welcomed. Overall it was delicious for all dishes and we do receive feedback from participants that they like the fish filet the most.
