Desmond had called me to confirm my order and adviced where I should set up the table.

I booked 120 pax for my wedding and they were really nice to surprise me with the deco based on my colour preference. They had gone extra mile to come the night before the event for the set-up.

I received good feedback from my guests regarding the food, and seriously The portion are more than what I had expected.
For the price that I paid, it is really worth it.

All in all, the catering was great! The food is generally delicious, and the serving seems quite a lot! Like most others, I over-ordered, but what's important is everyone's happy!

Great job with the bears & balloons decor too! That was very good, as I read in reviews of others.

One pointer is that, though the food is good, I think the drinks may be too little. I think for the number of pax I ordered for, you should have provided at least 2 canisters of drinks, instead of 1. That'd make it much better.

Delivery guy very punctual, courteous and helpful. The quality of food was exceeded my expectation. The curry chicken, steamed fish in special sauce and mini chocolate eclair were the favorite among my guest. Overall, I would say thumb up with this caterer.

Generally it was a decent experience overall. I would give a 10/10 for effort and presentation, but foodwise was unfortunately lackluster in comparison.

To be honest, we had a hard time deciding what we liked most, but settled for roast duck, with it tasting the most 'normal'.

The Udon and Butter Garlic Rice staples were too bland, the rice were barely touched at all. We had great hopes for the beef stew, but were disappointed with the toughness of the meat, it was too hard, im not sure it was due to the cut of the meat or if it was overcooked though. The Baked Crayfish was too dry and had little salted egg yolk taste in the meat even when salted egg yolk is supposedly a rather heavy flavour.

The Seafood otah was a first of its kind i must applaud for its creativity, but taste wise, similar to the rest of the unmentioned dishes, was pretty normal and nothing out of the ordinary.

We were fairly disappointed as well with the serving size of the food as well, in fact not everyone got to eat the pastry dessert. We managed to finish the food, surprisingly, since we had always the issue of clearing up the remaining food from previous catering experiences. It was simply not enough for everyone, which was kind of awkward in fact, when we ordered extra headcounts above the number of persons actually eating.

The Smoke Duck dish and Lobster soup were the only favourites that had praises for. The Lobster soup had a rather generous serving of seafood within, and the smoke duck was well marinated.

Last but not least, although the food was abit of a let down, the punctuality of the crew and the effort took to set up (1hr in total) was commendable.

Quick service. Can order in less than 3 days unlike the rest. They also provided tongs and good eco friendly plates and bin bags. Very thoughtful.Good to have a plastic table cloth if possible. Food was not salty and not oily. Order portions were just nice. No food wastage. They were also punctual! had 9 different options. Real value for money!
