Brightaste Food Pte Ltd

The food was generally good but the drink was bland. they have change our drinks but was not informed on this.
overall, We like the foods that was catered.

Food arrived warm and timely. Setup was simple and nice. Food was overall delicious. Collection was timely too.

Food and service is to my expectation.
Arrived early to set up.
Food is well prepared and my guests love them.
Food is well arranged on serving table.

The rice was hard and it seems like not fully cooked. The Fish Fillet and Mini Hgoh Hiang was very cold and does not come with warmer. We checked if they brought the right order as the food portion for ingredients was very little but they just say it’s the correct one.

I guess it's due to festive season, you can't expect much. Improvement on quality of food needed. Thank you.

Reviews from ours guest was that the food was alright. Nothing fancy, and nothing very negative.

Had requested for the caterer to bring a vase of flowers/fake flowers as deco and was verbally promised that they will. However, it did not happen. Also, we had ordered Fruit Punch but Orange was delivered to us instead.

Reviews from my guest was that the food was alright. The caterer were helpful to help make my mains meatless and vegetarian suitable, which was a great help to me.

However, caterer had delivered Orange drink to me instead of Lime Cordial as I ordered. Good thing that it was drinks that they had messed up and not food.

This is our returning visit to Brightaste and all went well and smooth!

Even on a hectic schedule, they set up and clear on time.

As Always Curry chicken is the 1st to finish.

A sidenote to Brightaste, Baby Kailan with Oyster Sauce foodline is abit bland.

Definitely will return for next event.

Im pleased with the catering services provided, the quality and quantity i.e portion of the food are decent. scheduled set up and delivery was punctual and efficient. Service crew was friendly too. Overall a pleasant experience with Brightaste! Will definitely recommend my friends for buffer/mini events!

Food portion is just nice. Taste is good especially the log cakes. Set up and clean up is simple and fast. But I didn’t get the food name card and halal cert.
