Chang Cheng Catering review

Food was delivered on time and warm. I have received positive feedback from participants. The bento looked fresh as compared to the other bento we've ordered from another supplier on the same day.

This was the second time our family had ordered Chang Cheng Catering for Chinese new year celebration. Was upset extra delivery fee and festive charges was not on website and we have to top up subsequently. The caterer was punctual. The food is ... More still standard. My guest faved about the fried rice, sweet and sour fish, and tempura prawn. Other misses were like honey chicken tastes like Char Siew seasoning too sweet, and Ngoh Huang just didn’t taste right.

Food is good. Minced meat is nice! Just that it’s quite oily. Tomato egg seems more like cooked with baked beans instead

The chicken was a bit bland could be better! Otherwise everything else is good. Not my first time ordering, will order again!

Presentation was very good. Delivery was impressive. Sent in a therma box. Delivery guy was friendly, helpful and patient.
The lid of the bento box is somehow flimsy, can't cover tight so the food went cold pretty fast. Would appreciate if the ... More food is not as heavily seasoned. Guest feedback that the food was salty for them.

Food quality is acceptable and value for money. Cooking consistency could be better. Delivery was early.

Food portion was sufficient and taste was generally satisfactory. Repeat order as price is competitive.

The food arrived warm and in good time together with more than ample disposable forks and spoons (no serviettes though). The range of food is very good and the portion of steamed rice generous. Well priced bento.

Food arrived 1 hour earlier which was wayyyy too early, 30 mins would be more acceptable. Portions were big. We had 27 pax and ordered for 32 pax, around half of the food was left so we tabao-ed the leftovers for the guests to bring back. Setup ... More looked atas with a menu displayed and 3 vases with plastic flowers. Some of the food was quite salty like the spare ribs. The egg salted fish fillet and mini cream puffs (which tasted more like a custard filling) were my favourite. The rest did not leave any impression at all like the fried prawn dumpling which was supposedly a popular item.

The food was delivered ahead of time. However, there was a small hiccup as the driver gave the wrong order.

Called the hotline, and they managed to deliver our correct order within 5 minutes!
