Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance.

Orders must be made in increment of 5 guests.

All menu items are subject to availability and may change accordingly.

Charlie’s Catering reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Due to food safety reasons, please advise your guests and staff not to take leftover food for consumption. Therefore, no takeaway containers will be provided.

Please note that extra charges may be applicable for any damage or loss of our property, which includes but not limited to tablecloth, warmers and decorative props.

Meals are made in a kitchen with allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, wheat and others.

At least 3 working days in advance prior to function date, all booking is upon availability. Once order is confirmed, there will be a cancellation charge 50%.

Once an order is confirmed, no reductions in the number of pax or cancellations are allowed.
