Curry Pot

The food was average but that is to be expected since it's the peak period for most restaurants. Here's a brief review of each item on the menu -
- I didn't see that there were any scallops in the Emperor Chicken & Scallops dish.
- The Sea Bass and Cereal Prawns were hard and tough by the time we had them.
- The Lotus Leaf in Rice was tasty but the presentation of this item could be better; perhaps it could have been wrapped in lotus leaf instead.
- The best tasting dish on the item would be the Mango Pomelo Sago.
- We also ordered the Prosperity Treasure Lo Hei which tasted like what a Lohei set bought from the supermarket would taste like... unremarkable.

The food is acceptable in overall
Like the lotus leaf rice with Chinese sausage the most
Dislike the emperor chicken with scallop for it is too soppy might be due to cover with aluminum foil for too long

The food is averagely good for this caterer. 1st time ordering buffet lunch from this caterer. I specially like their prawn paste chicken which is tasty and good

First time ordering from this vendor after seeing their good reviews and was looking forward. However, it wasn’t as expected perhaps because we ordered the mini buffet. The salted egg prawn were made using small frozen prawns and the crayfish was not fresh.

I would recommend the spring roll, cheng teng and curry chicken with potato!

Forgot to take a photo before digging in oops. I selected 8pm timeslot but food was delivered at 6.50pm, luckily someone was at home to collect the food. Food was delicious and portion was just nice. Everyone agreed the aglio olio was the best!

Overall, my family and I enjoyed the food. It's something different from our usual indian cuisine. The presentation, delivery of food was excellent. Highly recommended caterer and will certainly order again.

One area of improvement is the Oven Baked Chicken Thigh Steak in Cajun Seasoning. This dish is rather dry and would have been better if a seasoning sauce can be given.

The food generally is good but Crayfish with Chilli crab sauce was very salty. Hope this area can reduce salt.

The food was warm when it arrived. All the food was very delicious. My guests were raving about the food especially curry. Thank you for providing us with good food and cutlery! Will definitely order again. Highly recommended!
