Curry Pot

The buffet spread is generally good and my guests enjoyed the food. The only downside was that I was supposed to have lobster bisque as part of the package. However, the company rang me to say that the supplier had yet to deliver the materials for lobster bisque and if I could change that to chowder. I am somewhat disappointed as I really love lobster bisque. Other than that, I am happy with everything.

Baked fish was very tasty.
Wok fry prawn sambal too salty.
Mee Siam Ala we ordered too oily. Not sour & sweet enough.
Mini Cream Puff was tasty.
Chilled Water Chestnut with Egg White & Gingko- Tasty too.
But the gingko nut seed should be removed & chestnut should be cut & clean more nicely.
Oriental Style Fried Rice with Silver Fish-So So could be more tasty.
Signature Curry Chicken with Potato-Not too bad nice.

The caterer is reasonably good.

The food was good but we think the portion was too small for my order of 55 pax. Overall the service was good.

Curry was good. Veg(cabbage with black fungus) was slightly cold upon arrival and tough. Cheng teng had lots of ingredients. Thai style tofu was nice!

Very good caterer. They are flexible in orders and willing to make last minute changes. HIghly recommended

Have ordered twice. This is my first batch which the food was not too fantastic and the portion was really little for a 50 pax. Company still quite punctual in delivery and setup.
