Good food and timely delivery. Portions could be improved. Reviewed on 13th Jul 2026 Verified Purchase Delivery was on time and the setup was simple and efficient. Most of the dishes received good feedback especially the curry, butter prawns, prawn rolls and bee hoon. However, the portions of rice and bee hoon were insufficient for 30 pax. The ... More fish skin was also finished very quickly so a larger portion would have been better. The mango cream was disappointing as it was diluted and had little to no mango taste. I would not recommend ordering this dessert. Overall, the food was generally well received but the portion sizes could be improved. Not recommended unless quality of the food improves. Reviewed on 14th Jul 2026 Verified Purchase This was the first time we ordered from eCreative and the food was not up to our expectations - the kai lan was tasteless, the yam paste was so watery that there was no yam paste to scoop up, the honey prawns were not fresh as meat sticked to shell, ... More etc. Sorry that this could be my last order from them. Full Month Buffet Reviewed on 12th Jul 2026 Verified Purchase Delivery came a bit earlier but is alright as we requested not to light the fire yet. Tempura prawn did not come with mayonnaise. The food itself was tasty, not overly oily, but bad delivery Reviewed on 11th Jul 2026 Verified Purchase I requested the food to be delivered by 12:00 PM, but the delivery driver only arrived at 12:20 PM. My Director had been waiting since noon, and the late delivery caused inconvenience during an important company event. Please take note we were being ... More promised the driver will arrive between 11am - 1130am! What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. The driver did not provide any explanation for the delay, so we were left wondering why the delivery was late. The food itself was good—tasty, not overly oily, and not too salty. However, the delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations for a corporate event. To make matters worse, Ecreative Catering did not offer any compensation, apology, or refund for the delay. Overall, while the food quality was satisfactory, the delivery service and customer support were disappointing. I would expect better reliability and accountability for time-sensitive corporate orders.
