By 645pm the buffet wasn't here yet, nobody called to inform about the delay and since it was a Saturday, there was totally ... More no way of contacting the vendor, whether Foodline platform or Ecreative catering itself. The numbers they gave to call didn't answer my calls and Foodline's supposedly "hotline" declined my calls. The food came at 7pm and upon setting up, the food was cold. Guests have had to wait another 30mins for the food to warm up before it was ready to serve. After setting up, the Ecreative staff told me they'll be back by 9.30pm to clear the buffet tables and we waited till 10pm but nobody came to clear and again nobody informed. The venue staff and myself had to clear the food waste and pack up the buffet table till 11pm as the venue had to be closed. They only came the next morning to clear the buffet table. This will be the last time we ever order from them as we really had a bad experience. They are uncontactable during weekends, no backup staff to reach out and I don't have their driver contact too. I was panicking what time my food will be ready because my guests start coming in already. Don't order their fried food, it was cold, soggy and hard as it was not on the food warmer. Broccoli and Oriental Fried rice was bland, rice was abit hard too. Only the mini burger was wiped out fast, there is alot of leftover because it was not that tasty.
