We only received the order at 1240pm n the order says collection at 3pm but customer turned up at 12.45pm to collect..but we didnt have enough time to acknowledge n process email n convey to staff.

When she showed her phone to collect order...we ... More saw that the shop hasnt even accepted the order..yet she turned up .

And only 2 drinks..so order was done fast. But staff didnt know abt order at 1245pm cos owner need time to chk n acknowledge email n convey to staff. This customer is suppose to come at 3pm but came 1245pm. N slam us for not knowing her order??. If u wanted fast u should hv just ordered at counter as only 2 drinks. Instead of ordering via platform to get just $1 discount
