A sumptuous & delicious meal for the family! Highly recommended to all! The caterer was organized & had everything prepared for us upon collection at their site!

Thumbs up! CNY set for 5 pax but the serving is very generous, enough for up to 8 pax!! Punctuality is a plus point! Will order from this caterer again!

Delivery was early. However the food arrived with 2 missing dishes. Caterer was quick to refund me.

Fried rice with Taiwanese sausage; it wasn't Taiwanese sausage, it was hot dog.

Herbal Prawn; not fresh.

Salted egg chicken; although there weren't any salted egg flavour, surprisingly tasted a tad similar to nugget.

Cereal crispy fish; nicely coated with cereal.

The staff was friendly when we collect from the store. For 5 person, I feel the serving was abit too small, especially the rice.

Quantity of food was sufficient for the 4 of us plus 1 child.
We love the Sweet and Sour fish, very tasty.
The Signature Curry Chicken was "lemak" and went very well with the bee hoon.
The size of Salted Egg Prawn was decent enough, not too small, and loved this dish too.
The scallop was ordinary but no complain.

The selection of vegetables for the Fatt Choy dish was good, enjoyed all the different types.

And, hmmmm, although the chocolate eclairs were just as they were, not sure why, but they tasted so damn good. Love it !!

Last but not least, instead of the packet drinks, the caterer could consider cheng tng or warm chrysanthenum tea. :)

Nevertheless, all of us, including my 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the food. Would definitely order from East West Fusion again.

Caterer forget to deliver one of the items. The chocolate eclair. Children disappointed no dessert. Phoned James on same day. He mentioned despatch for the day all left. Cannot re deliver the missing item. He promised to refund partially. Few days later, only refunded me $10.
Caterers shortcomings in failure to ensure all items are fully delivered on the big day, my reunion lunch. I paid extra $30 for the delivery charges, yet short of one item. If you are the recipient, how do you feel and grade the service ?

Weekend lunch delivery is good. It is much more diverse than the weekday lunch which is ok and not that interesting compared to the weekend lunch. My family and I enjoy it alot. Will place order again in the near future.

Food quality is generally good, and arrives on time everyday. However, the portion of the dishes can be quite small, yet the rice is too much. They should provide the option of excluding rice.
