The spread were up to my expectation. The dishes were delicious and therefore deserved my compliments.
The delivery was prompt and the food warm. The beehoon was still hot when reached my place.

I like the seafood treasure pot and the steamed fragrant rice wrapped in lotus leaf. Also, all the items are good quality as well as taste good. The food spread is delightful. The portions are generous and savoury. The golden pomfrets are fresh and the sauce tasteful. All the dishes are high quality.

Caterer forget to deliver one of the items. The chocolate eclair. Children disappointed no dessert. Phoned James on same day. He mentioned despatch for the day all left. Cannot re deliver the missing item. He promised to refund partially. Few days ... More later, only refunded me $10.
Caterers shortcomings in failure to ensure all items are fully delivered on the big day, my reunion lunch. I paid extra $30 for the delivery charges, yet short of one item. If you are the recipient, how do you feel and grade the service ?
