East West Fusion

First time ordering from caterer. Food was normal. Yu Sheng was the most fantastic of all dish. Delivery was on time though it's the festive period.

Overall very good because I requested for less oil n less salt they compiled to my requirements
And caterer is punctual too

Bee Hoon is a bit plain, adding some ingredient like carrot, bin sprout would make it taste better.

Carry chicken cook with only drumlet, the meat part should be combination of whole wing, drumstick, thigh, etc. like most other caterers.

Food was well prepared in insulated bag and arrived on time. However taste of food can be better compared to amount paid.

Generally the food is ok and the portion is big. The guest is happy with the food. Worth the money spent and trouble saved in cooking during festive season. The caterer is very sincere, the service is good. But I think the breaded scallop with mayo is being replaced by something else, there’s no breaded item or mayo.

Nice food despite the simple setting. Herbal chicken is great, but abit oily. the fried money bag is very dry. Everyone loves the mushroom and yam rice. Very courteous delivery staff. Deliver on time. Food is warm. Overall a great experience.

The Herbal Chicken is very tasty, a bit to the salty side tough... The meat is soft and tender. However, suggest to remove skin as it makes the soup very oily.

The food are great except for the curry chicken as not thick and spicy and also half gravy leaked out. The Sin Chow Bee Hoon is tasty and overall enough for small group of guests.

This is the first time that I ordered from this caterer as my usual caterer is not accepting any order for day 1 of cny. Am glad that I chose this caterer as feedbacks from my relatives were good. They also asked for the name of the caterer for their future events or gatherings.

First time ordering.. With peak delivery period they still delivered the food on time! The caterer is very sincere.. Gave a few free bag and disposables... Which makes it easy to clear after the dinner... Very thoughtful also as they also provide trash bag.. The food tastes and quality were excellent.. It really a great deal and price for so many dishes..The share is also huge.. Great buy and worth buy! Recommended! foodline
