Tried this caterer but probably won't have it on rotation as fried items appear more frequently compared to the other caterers

Mixed cut fruits were great for afternoon refreshments! However, would have appreciated them being packed in a thermal bag to maintain the freshness/cold temperature. The individual packaging for the other snacks was also flimsy. Food-wise, it's satisfactory.

Delivery came a bit too early, so the food was left on a table under the sun for quite a while.

My guests said fried mee siam and Aglio total failure as in no taste. The rest so so no comment. Potato Salad tasteless. Ordered for 6pm and came at 450pm, made us rushing to clear table for food. Never even tell me how to use self heating.

First time order with this this co. Food delivered was on time and enough for 4 people. Rice portion was quite big. Quite disappointing with the food ordered. Taste bland and not even once the dish with sambal. Got 2 same kind of veges within the 5 days meal.

The taste of the food was kind of average with many ingredients being repeated for the following day with some slight changes to style of cooking. The style of cooking was very ordinary. Not so satisfied with the service too as they did not send me the 2 pax of rice on the 1st day, the person I communicated with apologized and told me that I will be refunded for the rice which he quoted as $1.80 for 2 pax but the website quoted as a dollar each for a portion of rice. But anyway, it's not even about $1.80 or $2 but the inconvenience caused because without the rice as the staple, I have to think about finding other ways to complement with the dishes which takes up my time unecessarily as I was preparing to go to work soon. In any case, I have not received the $ as refund haha, a better option would be for the vendor to provide an extra day meal as compensation due to the inconvenience caused.

Fried Mee Siam was quite well received.
Pineapple Rice looks quite dry.
Bee Hoon is disappointingly tasteless & bland & not appetizing
Well packaged & portion was ok.
Generally, food does not have strong flavour/taste, lack flavour, more to the bland side, but healthy for some.

I would not recommend this tingkat service to anyone. My experience has been consistently poor, primarily due to the appalling quality of the food.

The photos speak for themselves. The food quality is bottom-tier:

Canned Sardines: One of the "mains" was literally just sardines in tomato sauce straight from a tin. This is lazy and lacks any nutritional effort or culinary skill.

Processed Sides: The fried fish cakes/nuggets were oily and looked unappetizingly mass-produced.

Bland Vegetables: The cabbage and soup were watery and lacked any real flavor or freshness.

For the price charged, I expected actual home-cooked meals, not canned food and processed snacks. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Delivery was punctual. Food arrived warm. The curry chicken and Teriyaki chicken was abit hard. The pineapple fried rice and chocolate eclair taste the best.

Delivery was up to expectation but quality of food wasn't. Fried rice with ham was very dry and few guests enjoyed it. Turkey didn't really taste like turkey as lacked of sauce appropriate for Christmas eg Cranberry sauce etc. Quality of disposable plates and cutlery should have been better.

Food was decent, it wasnt anything special, could be better, abit bland.

2nd ting kat vendor we tried. So, cant really tell...

But it was pretty obvious low price, low priced ingredients.
