So far good service and delivery mostly on time. Reply from cs is also fast and polite. Plus comes with rice.

Food ordered came earlier usually which was good. Tastes good though quantity should be increased if possible as it is not enough for two persons. Quality is there. Good customer service.

My N times taking up the tingkat package with this caterer.. good and fuse free.. recommend to try their service

Being ordering from East West caterer for pass 6 months, prompt delivery and dishes good for elderly.

Dishes are tasty and overall satisfied with the taste of all dishes, just that the delivery was not consistent, there were 2 days where delivery was late and I had to enquire myself instead of being informed.

Food generally alright. But sometimes the quantity can be quite little. Will be better if they add in more variety and different way of cooking

My family and I are repeat customers of East West Fusion's lunch tingkat service. We really like their food!

Serving portion is ok. Food taste ok too, not too salty. Simple home-cooked food with reasonable price. I find the soup replacement dish a bit little. eg. 2 pax for 4 small otah fishcake. Overall is ok. Will plan to re-order.

Kids sian with rice everyday and wish there are noodle dishes sometimes. I suggest maybe should have noodles.. and 3 dishes only package but make it cheaper, instead of 4. And no more hashbrown pls. Left uneaten as full with carbs already. Cant eat with rice. Otherwise some days are surprisingly nice, but sure hv veg leftover.

The food and service were up to expectations and serve satisfactorily for lunch for two persons. Sometimes it gets delivered a bit too early at 9.30 am. Otherwise it is all good. Reliable customer service.
