I have tried this place for a week (Mon-Fri) for lunchtime delivery for 1 pax, as i am WFH.
I had ordered 4 dishes with rice (no soup).

Delivery Time: Food arrives at 10+am on average. Prepared at 9am and to be consumed by 1pm. Recommend to microwave after collection.

Packaging: For 1 pax, the 4 dishes are packed in a bento style (see image). Recommend to have nicer packaging.

Food: Taste is average, not very strong flavors. It would be good to get some gravy included in it, but might be messy if it remains as a bento box with gravy.

A good variety of food. The types of food catered are also of good quality. Portions are quite generous too. But the food is a bit too oily and sometimes too salty.

Quite a lot of Frozen food dishes so was a bit disappointed by it. My previous 2 TingKat was cheaper but food was more home cooked style.

Food was generally acceptable in taste and worth the value. Delivery time was also reasonable. We enjoyed the curry. Prompt follow up by caterer to confirm order and provide invoice.

Second time ordering. Food is delicious but rice is sometimes a little too hard. Delivery is on time and well packaged.

We ordered 5 days trial and quite like the food so far after tried several tingkat provider. We continue order for another 20 days.

Decent portions with quite nice soups. The one on my photo had a lot of watercress which is quite a pleasant surprise.

Kids like the food. Delivery is always punctual everyday. Very reliable. Will order again next time.

Generally good , delivered promptly with good service. Vegetable dishes are good and fresh looking, with green leafy dishes .

Food & the portions were overall okay but it is a hit & miss for me in terms of food quality.
The customer service is responsive.
Consistent timing in delivery the food between 10.30am to 11.30am for lunch and I like how they ring the bell to notify that the food has arrived.
