Good quality but expensive

Food was package nicely in sealed plastic containers. Food tasted good and fresh but price was quite expensive at about 30 bucks a meal for 2 pax.

The kids meal once a week was an interesting compliment from the caterer.

Healthy And Balanced Dinner Tingkat For The Family !

We enjoyed their wholesome soup that came with every meal .
All dishes were clearly freshly prepared and sent to us in individually sealed containers . The delivery is always timely and the food is still hot inside the thermal bag .
Our compliments on the creative and interesting menu , easy for the addition of other home cooked dishes if so required .

Not worth the money.

Quantity, quality, and variety are all very disappointing. There were even twice when the dishes tasted funny. 3 out of 10 times no warmer bag.

We have called you on 13 Sep 23 at 1249pm and tried to understand more on the issues you mentioned in your feedback but did not receive any inputs with regards to your feedback on quantity, quality and variety. As mentioned during our call, plastic bags are provided to our customers who are ending their subscription and hence the last 3 days of your subscription, the food was not provided in thermal bags.

Best Tingkat caterer

Everything is great. Food quality and presentation - excellent. Lots of variety and special touches from them that makes it feel worthwhile. Well-packaged and delivered. Delivery person is always cheerful and waits instead of leaving it at the door. Price is not cheap, but after trying Tingkat catering for a while, it's hard to go back to others after this.
