Food was package nicely in sealed plastic containers. Food tasted good and fresh but price was quite expensive at about 30 bucks a meal for 2 pax.

The kids meal once a week was an interesting compliment from the caterer.

The food is good especially the soup, but the price is a bit pricey. Can be order if you had bored with other usual tingkat delivery.

The innovative and creative dishes to the impeccable presentation that delighted both the eyes and the taste buds.

We enjoyed their wholesome soup that came with every meal .
All dishes were clearly freshly prepared and sent to us in individually sealed containers . The delivery is always timely and the food is still hot inside the thermal bag .
Our compliments on the creative and interesting menu , easy for the addition of other home cooked dishes if so required .

The foods are different everyday however some of foods served don't really value for the money. The food usually turned cold when received.

Everything is great. Food quality and presentation - excellent. Lots of variety and special touches from them that makes it feel worthwhile. Well-packaged and delivered. Delivery person is always cheerful and waits instead of leaving it at the door. Price is not cheap, but after trying Tingkat catering for a while, it's hard to go back to others after this.

The food was ok. The kid's meal was nice but only once a week. Hope the caterer can consider long term for kid's meal. The soup not so salty. Overall still a pleasant one.

Food is good. Slightly on the pricier side though. Would be good if they can provide some offer for longer term orders

Food portion is good. It does not repeat dishes often. Its good most of the time.
Food arrive warm. Ordered from them for many months..
However, the customer service not very responsive and prompt in replying. And not willing to explain further. Its a one word reply kind. It gets annoying.

Food is ok. Given the premium price, i think the value is so so as the food are reasonably okay only.
